DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective products must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Customer service channels can be used to notify us of the problem. Two different solutions will be offered: exchange it for an identical product or refund the full cost of the product. Photos of the damaged item and the order number must be provided.
SIZE EXCHANGE: In case you would like a different size than the one delivered, you have a period of 14 days to contact us through our Customer Service channels, notifying us of your wish to exchange the item and including the order number and the new size you would like to receive. The return shipping costs for the change of size will be paid by the customer.
RETURN: There is a 14-day return period if you are not satisfied with the product once you have received it, even if it is in perfect condition. You can contact us through the Customer Service channels to inform us of your wish to return the product. You will be refunded in full. The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Under no circumstances may a used or misused product be returned.
