Are the products unique?
All our products are exclusive of our online shop. The designs are made by professional artists and/or Spanish mangakas (Webtoon, Planeta Manga magazine and more).
What technology is used to print the T-shirts and sweatshirts?

Do you use eco-friendly and vegan inks?
Yes, we use NeoPigment and water-based inks from Kornit that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe and reduce environmental waste. They are 100% non-hazardous and toxin-free water-based inks. In addition, they contain no animal by-products and are completely vegan.
Are your products fair trade?
Yes, our products are WRAP or GOTS certified.
Why does my product smell like vinegar when I receive it?
When you unpack a new T-shirt or sweatshirt with a Direct-to-Garment (DTG) print, you may notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it is due to a fixing agent that is applied during the printing process and is not permanent. The fixing agent helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
How should I wash my products?
- Our products should be washed inside out on a cold water, delicate washing machine cycle, with other similarly coloured clothing and using neutral detergent. Only use chlorine-free bleach when necessary. Do not use fabric softeners.
- Set the drying machine at a low temperature when drying, or hang the product dry in order to ensure an increase in its durability.
- You may iron it inside out at a low temperature if necessary. Do not iron directly on print.
- Do not dry clean our products.

What are the delivery times?
The delivery times for shipments made in the online shop are the following: between 4 and 14 calendar days in Spain approximately and between 10 and 20 days in international shipments approximately.
